Community Guidelines
Effective October 22, 2026
Pull Up works when people feel safe showing up, whether that's to a party or to hang out. These rules apply everywhere in the app and at every event listed on it.
Be 13+, and be your real age
Pull Up is for ages 13 and up, and under-18s and adults use separate sides of the app. Lying about your age to get onto the other side gets you banned. That includes an adult pretending to be under 18: if you think someone is, report them with "An adult pretending to be under 18". Adults: never try to meet up with someone under 18 you don't know in real life, and don't ask under-18s to follow you or to come to adult parties. If something feels off, report it: we check every report, and we can pause an account while we do. If you think someone is under 13, report them with "They're under 13".
Be real
- Use your own photos and your real age. Don't pretend to be someone else.
- One account per person. No fake or duplicate accounts.
- Hosts: list the real time, place, and price. Don't list parties you aren't actually throwing.
- Host applications: use your own ID, selfie, and social accounts. Applying with someone else's gets you banned.
What you post
- Posts, stories, and party clips follow the same rules as everything else: no nudity or sexual content, no violence or gore, nothing that encourages self-harm, and nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, ever.
- Ask before you post someone else. If someone asks you to take down a photo or clip of them, take it down.
- Never share an intimate image or video of anyone without their consent, including fake or AI-made ones. It gets you banned. If someone shared one of you, ask us to remove it at pullup.group/removal/ (no account needed): we remove it within 48 hours.
- Party clips are for the party you're actually at, and a party tag goes only on a party you hosted or went to.
- Reviews are for parties you went to. Be honest; no fake reviews, and no reviewing your own party.
- Don't post anyone's address, phone number, or a party's exact location in a caption or story.
Chats and group chats
- Message people the way you'd talk to them in person. Message requests from strangers can be ignored or declined.
- A party's group chat is for that party: plans, updates, and directions. No spam, and no adding people who didn't ask to be there.
- At all-ages parties, the host's announcements reach under-18s and adults alike, so they can't include phone numbers, @handles or links.
- You can leave any group chat at any time. A party's own chat is the exception: everyone with a pass is kept in it until the party, so they get the host's updates (you can turn off message notifications in Settings → Notifications).
Respect people
- No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate based on who someone is.
- No sexual messages or photos anyone didn't ask for, and no nudity or sexual content in photos or posts.
- "No" ends the conversation, in the app and in person. Don't keep messaging someone who's stopped replying.
- Never share someone else's photos, address, or private information without their permission.
Keep parties safe
- Hosts: never give alcohol to anyone under 21, respect fire and capacity limits, and keep exits clear.
- Under-18 parties are for under-18s only: no alcohol, and no adult guests besides parents or guardians.
- All-ages parties are for anyone 13+: no alcohol for anyone under 21, IDs checked before anyone gets alcohol, and enough responsible adults there for the size of the party. No adult may pursue anyone under 18 romantically or sexually. Hosts accept the all-ages host agreement before posting one. Under-18 hosts need a parent or guardian to sign the all-ages host form first, and their all-ages parties have no alcohol at all.
- Door staff are on the host's side of the age line: under-18 hosts pick under-18 door staff, adult hosts pick adults. If you're under 18 and want a parent or guardian to help at the door, ask Pull Up Support and we'll add them.
- Let in everyone with a valid pass, unless they're unsafe or breaking your house rules. Turning away paying guests without a reason can get your payouts held.
- Passes are personal. The door may check that you're the person the pass belongs to.
- Guests: follow the host's rules and respect their place and their neighbors.
- Nobody should feel unsafe to leave. Look out for each other.
No scams, nothing illegal
- No selling drugs, weapons, or anything illegal, at events or through the app.
- No ticket fraud: passes can't be sold, given away or transferred (to buy for friends, use group pay, which gives each of them their own pass). No fake passes, and no false no-entry reports.
- No spam, promotions, or asking people for money.
If something's wrong
Tap Report on a profile, chat, party, story, clip, review, or a host's announcement. Reporting someone also blocks them. Reasons you can pick include:
- They're under 18, or under 13
- An adult pretending to be under 18
- Harassment, threats, or hate
- Sexual messages or photos
- A fake profile, or a scam or problem with money or tickets
You can also message Pull Up Support in the app (pinned at the top of your chats). Pull Up has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules, and suspends or bans the people who post it. For an intimate image of you shared without your consent, use pullup.group/removal/. If you're in danger right now, call 911.
Breaking these rules can get you banned. See the Terms of Service for the full details.
